Appointments & Booking

Appointments are reserved specifically for each client. A valid card may be required to book and secure appointments.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled service.  Arriving late may shorten your appointment time to avoid delays for other clients.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeited deposit.

Clients who fail to show up for an appointment without notice may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service amount and may be required to prepay for future appointments.

Deposits

Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits will go toward the total cost of the service.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of services provided, all service sales are final and non-refundable.

Retail products may be eligible for exchange or store credit at the discretion of The Pure Collective.

Results Disclaimer

Results from skincare and beauty treatments vary from person to person. While we strive to provide the best possible care and recommendations, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Following recommended home care and aftercare instructions is important for achieving and maintaining results.

 

Health & Contraindications

Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information, including allergies, medications, pregnancy, Accutane use, recent procedures, or medical conditions that may affect treatment safety.

The Pure Collective reserves the right to refuse service when a treatment is determined unsafe or inappropriate.

 

Minors

Clients under 18 years old may require parental or guardian consent prior to receiving services.

 

Memberships

Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Unused membership services may roll over according to membership terms but must be used within the designated timeframe outlined in the membership agreement.

Membership pricing and benefits are subject to change with notice.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced.

Gift cards must be used before their expiration date, if applicable.

By submitting your phone number or email through our website forms, booking system, or promotions, you consent to receive appointment reminders, updates, marketing messages, and customer care communications from The Pure Collective.
